In the heart of Saalbach this winter season you will find our NEW cozy VinoBar with à la carte restaurant and café - Bauer's “Mein Lokal”.

In the rooms with a feel-good atmosphere and in the light-flooded winter garden, you can drink and dine to your heart's content - you can choose from seasonal dishes and delicacies from local Pinzgau and international cuisine, prepared with love by our long-standing head chef Reinhard Schiller and his team. Naturally, only top-quality products with a focus on regionality are used.

You can expect over 25 open quality wines and over 100 well-selected wines from our wine list. Look forward to Bauer's special aperitifs such as Pink Sprizz, Espresso Martini or Alpen Sprizz - of course also in non-alcoholic versions - as well as the best gins and mules in town. Our offer is complemented by genuine organic apricot and grape juices as well as weekly special deals to mark the 75th anniversary of Hotel Bauer.
