In the evening in winter, our experienced kitchen team of our boutique hotel in Saalbach Hinterglemm will serve you an incredible 4-course menu. Typical delicacies such as Gröstl, cheese dumplings, Kaiserschmarrn, and Dampfnudeln as well as international delicacies find their place on the menu. We serve a 3-course menu to children up to the age of 15, and, of course, we also take into account any food intolerances or dietary concerns. Please inform us before your arrival so that we can properly prepare everything.
